The intro to Ecstasy plays out like the drug would. A slow build up, a gentle tapping of your foot, into a full blown lunge onto the dancefloor. Ecstasy sounds like an 80’s Abba inspired glam pop hit and yet doesn’t sound dated, it swirls and entices and sounds fresh and modern, fit for a 2020 lockdown dance floor.
Hot off the heels of his debut single Just Dance, Cape Town South Africa based Charlie Void is making a name for himself in his hometown and abroad, and is slowly releasing singles to entice. We love the energy and the confidence and the cocky bravado he projects, from his music to his artwork and his style.
Ecstasy is our latest Trending Undergrounder and is definitely worth the spin.
